1. Definitions

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. nero88 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are your own property.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. To protect against money laundering, nero88 requires that you wager at least 1x (one times) the deposit amount before withdrawing funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 minutes on average for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks. nero88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 10.000.000).

nero88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may deduct fees on their end. Funds will be transferred to the account registered under your name only — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

nero88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Conduct

10. Account Suspension & Termination

nero88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting software
• Opening multiple accounts
• Underage gambling
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

If your account is suspended or closed, you will be notified via email. In cases of account closure for terms violations, nero88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance or winnings. In cases of voluntary self-exclusion (see Responsible Gaming), your remaining balance will be returned to you after the self-exclusion period expires, provided all wagering requirements and verification checks are satisfied.

You may close your account at any time by contacting nero88 support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your entire balance within 30 days, after which the account will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nero88 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of nero88's services shall be resolved through the following process:

By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against nero88.
