Discover the story behind Indonesia's most trusted online betting platform — built by players, for players, with a singular focus on delivering a world-class experience to every member across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and beyond.
nero88 was founded in 2019 with a singular mission: to create an online betting platform that truly understands the Indonesian player. While many international operators treat Indonesia as just another market on a global map, nero88 was designed from the ground up to serve Indonesian bettors — from instant bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri to e-wallet integrations with OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, from Indonesian-speaking customer support agents available 24/7 to curated game selections that include togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and comprehensive odds coverage for BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda), and all major global football leagues.
Our founding team came from diverse backgrounds within the online gaming industry — software engineers who had worked on international sportsbook platforms, product managers with experience at Asia-Pacific e-wallet companies, and customer experience professionals who understood the cultural nuances of the Indonesian market. What united us was a shared frustration: most international betting sites offered a one-size-fits-all experience that ignored local payment methods, treated Indonesian customers as an afterthought, and provided no real-time support in Bahasa Indonesia. We believed Indonesian players deserved better.
From day one, nero88 committed to three core principles: transparency, speed, and trust. Transparency means clear terms, honest RTP disclosures, and no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. Speed means processing withdrawal requests in under 3 minutes on average and ensuring that every deposit appears in your wallet instantly, regardless of which bank or e-wallet you use. Trust means robust SSL encryption, provably fair RNG-certified games, responsible gaming tools that actually work, and a support team that treats every player issue with urgency and respect.
Today, nero88 serves over 2 million active members across every province in Indonesia. We process more than Rp 500 billion in wagers monthly, covering everything from pre-match Asian handicap bets on the English Premier League to live in-play odds on Persija Jakarta fixtures, from daily togel draws (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau) to live dealer baccarat tables streamed in HD from studios in Manila and Macau. Our platform hosts thousands of RNG-certified slots from leading studios, live casino games with Indonesian-speaking dealers, crash games like Aviator-style titles, and traditional card games like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar.
But nero88 is more than just a product. It's a commitment to the Indonesian betting community. We sponsor local football clubs, support grassroots esports tournaments, and invest heavily in responsible gaming education. We believe that betting should be entertainment — thrilling, social, and fun — but never destructive. That's why every nero88 account comes with built-in safeguards: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and access to a 24/7 support team trained to recognize problem gambling behaviors and connect players with professional counseling resources when needed.
As we look to the future, our vision remains unchanged: to be the betting platform that Indonesian players trust most. We're constantly evolving — adding new payment methods, expanding our game library, improving our mobile experience, and refining our odds algorithms to ensure you always get competitive lines. But no matter how much we grow, nero88 will always prioritize the values that got us here: putting the player first, operating with integrity, and delivering an experience that respects your time, your money, and your trust. When you choose nero88, you're choosing a brand that was built for you.
To deliver the most seamless, secure, and player-focused online betting experience in Indonesia — where every deposit is instant, every withdrawal is fast, and every interaction is treated with respect.
We operate transparently. No hidden terms, no fabricated odds, no deceptive promotions. nero88's RTP figures are audited, our games are RNG-certified, and our terms are written in plain English.
Time is money. That's why nero88 processes withdrawals in under 3 minutes, supports instant deposits from every major Indonesian bank and e-wallet, and ensures live chat responses arrive in under 60 seconds.
Every decision at nero88 starts with one question: "Does this benefit our players?" From responsible gaming tools to customer support training, we put your experience first.
We're not a global brand that translated its site into Indonesian. We're a platform built from day one for Indonesian players, with local payment rails, local customer support, and local game preferences.
The betting landscape evolves constantly. nero88 stays ahead by continuously integrating new payment methods, expanding our game library, and improving our platform based on real player feedback.
